I work nights and within the last 10 days you have had to enter my apartment for pest control, inspection, sprinkler testing all on different days. This is extremely inconvenient since I work nights. I miss out on sleep because I have to wait for when you will enter anytime between 9am-6pm. Not only that, get less than 24 hours notice.Property Manager Responded

The current property manager Laura is amazing! The front office will office will assist with any issue you need! They try there hardest to maintain the property and provide community events which is nice! As a retired Marine having a gym to stay active is amazing! There’s a pool for your enjoyment and a basketball court/ grill and for pit area also for leisure. Amazing area, my kids ...and I have enjoyed our time here!Read More

Fortunately the water company contacted me to inform me my unit still had a leak. Once we notified the front office they contacted maintenance to resolve the issue. Once maintenance came over they fixed the issue however left the toilet piece from the bottom side of the toilet on my counter as if I wanted it for trophy.
