March 23, 2026Water coming into patio during rain storms Response was 5 star but tech took the request being the storm we were experiencing that day which not a normal storm, in fact Jacksonville had a tornado. The issue is that when raining the water runs down the side of the building on one part of my patio. This has to have a problem before I moved in 10 months ago as the ground is eroded so much that roots of the bushes are above ground. It is as if the gutter is block.Property Manager Responded
