    Above and beyond Prompt response. Good communication from Tommy on his timeline between assessment of issue and when he would be able to complete. He checked the other restroom and determined due to age/condition of the commode flapper system he should replace as well and also the shower faucet due to it not being as responsive as it should be to switch to shower head.
