Unfinished trim, thin / missed paint, gaps in molding, the bathtub cracked, exposing what was underneath the tub, which was nothing. The tub was just suspended with nothing supporting it. The biggest issue is the paper thin walls and floors. Luckily my upstairs neighbor in that building was understanding, and made accommodations to mitigate noise. I moved into a 2bd a few months ago, ...different building. All the same problems, missing trim, large gaps in door frames, molding, loose vinyl flooring, thin, missing paint, none of the doors stay open, they are all installed at weird angles. And thin walls and floors. I haven't had 1 night of uninterrupted sleep since moving in. If you have inconsiderate upstairs neighbors you are screwed. Because if they walk on their heels, it literally sounds like someone is dropping a sledgehammer on your ceiling. Loud, thundering booms, & creaking walls every time they take a step, It is obvious there is the bare minimum (if that) sound proofing in these buildings. If your apartment is silent, you can hear low level conversations from your neighbors. Avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn't wish my current living situation (which i am stuck in for 8 more months) on my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded
