You only get 1 first impression. For me it was an unfortunate one

According to all of the positive comments, I decided to stop by this location expecting the same excellent customer service everyone was talking about. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.When I walked into the leasing office, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. Instead, I was met with an unfriendly look from Lisa (I’m assuming that was her name based on the business card she handed me, as she never introduced herself or asked for my name).There was no “Good morning,” or “How can I ...
help you?” I politely asked if I could get some assistance, and without ever looking up from what she was doing, she simply responded, “What did you need?” It genuinely felt like I was interrupting her day. The interaction was cold, disconnected, and gave the impression that helping prospective residents was an inconvenience. I asked if I could use the restroom, and when I returned, the qualification information had been placed on the table. I was once again asked what I needed. When I asked about viewing a unit, I was told that the property was at maximum capacity, they don’t do in-person tours, and that I could log onto TikTok to watch a walkthrough instead.
Realizing I wasn’t welcome, I apologized for interrupting her day. She replied, “It’s fine,” and I left the property.
It’s truly unfortunate because the community itself is beautiful, but first impressions matter. Customer service is often what makes someone choose a place to call home, and based on my experience, I won’t be returning.
