Moved in during June. Just over a month and I am already regretting it.
Zero quality checks. Had a list of issues that we moved in to, that still aren't solved. Entire outlets don't work, sink / baths didn't work for the first 2 weeks. Cabinets held together with duct tape and staples. They will take you to a show apartment for the tour, and your real apartment will have a laundry list of things to fix right when you move in.
Package thieves have stolen 3/5 packages and front office does nothing. ...

I thought other reviews were exaggerating when they said management changes often, but here we are one month into the lease with a brand new manager.
Front office staff refuse to do their job. I have had several work orders written down on a sticky note instead of being entered into the system. Be ready to be your own property manager with the work orders, showing up every morning in the front office.
