My least favorite is the people slamming doors, I know we live wall to wall but there are door knobs for a reason. March 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comOverall, the actual apartment itself is very nice and I have no complaints about my unit or living space. Maintenance has been consistently thorough, responsive, and very kind, which I really appreciate. Management is also friendly and genuinely eager to help with resident needs, which makes a big difference. That said, the community aspect could use a lot of work. Many residents are rude and inconsiderate, and there is a serious lack of supervision when it comes to children. Kids are frequently ...running around the parking lot, playing between cars, and even throwing rocks at vehicles, which is both frustrating and unsafe. Families also tend to bring their children into the gym, which takes away from residents who are trying to use the space as intended. Additionally, many people are not good about picking up after their dogs, and the dog park itself could really use some maintenance and improvement. If the community rules were better enforced and shared spaces were respected more, this would be a much better place to live.Read More
