April 12, 2026I am quite satisfied with my unit. The unit is spacious with a modern open-concept layout that makes it feel bright and airy. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and granite countertops, which are perfect for cooking and entertaining. The bedroom is generously sized with large windows that allow natural light .One of the best features is the private balcony offering a peaceful spot to relax. March 31, 2026Overall, the actual apartment itself is very nice and I have no complaints about my unit or living space. Maintenance has been consistently thorough, responsive, and very kind, which I really appreciate. Management is also friendly and genuinely eager to help with resident needs, which makes a big difference. That said, the community aspect could use a lot of work. Many residents are rude and inconsiderate, and there is a serious lack of supervision when it comes to children. Kids are frequently ...running around the parking lot, playing between cars, and even throwing rocks at vehicles, which is both frustrating and unsafe. Families also tend to bring their children into the gym, which takes away from residents who are trying to use the space as intended. Additionally, many people are not good about picking up after their dogs, and the dog park itself could really use some maintenance and improvement. March 17, 2026Never enough parking; if I don't get back to the apartment before like 2-3pm I can't park anywhere near my building, we have 2 vehicles so theirs always issues Maintenance takes forever to get things fixed because there's so many people having issues.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2026Great Community with Adequate amenities and decent neighbourhood at a reasonable price. Only thing I feel should be improved is the availability of open parking spaces. They get filled quite fast.Property Manager Responded
