October 23, 2025This is my first time in an apartment since I was in my 20's and I am honestly so disappointed with this experience. It took 6 months to get an actual working dishwasher in my unit and I had multiple service orders for this placed. A simple towel rod couldn't be installed correctly so I went out and bought my own and installed it myself so that I could have a working towel rod - two work orders were done for that one. Then the leak from the exterior of the building into my room where RAIN WOULD ...PUDDLE UP and it started in July, wasn't 'fixed' until October and even then not all the damaged drywall was replaced so mold is bound to start growing. Several work orders were placed for that and my concerns were basically ignored until I brought up I am a cancer survivor. My expectations were not that high, just a safe functioning place for me and my child to start over...Property Manager Responded

October 12, 2025I’ve been living in this apartment for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience. The place is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff and maintenance team respond quickly if something needs fix.I also love how convenient the location is — everything from grocery stores to cafes is just a few minutes away. September 26, 2025Amenities, staff, maintenance, updated appliances, not a horrible rent price. Pretty solid community. No complaints here. Wish the parking space was bigger and there were ev chargers. Maybe the chargers will be implemented in the futureProperty Manager Responded

September 5, 2025Overall, my experience living here has been very good. The community is clean, well-maintained, and the staff is professional and responsive whenever something comes up. The only major downside is the parking situation. We have two cars, and it’s a nightmare trying to park the second one after 8 pm. At that time, there are usually no available spots at all, which makes it very frustrating. If the parking issue were addressed, this would easily be a 5-star place to live.Property Manager Responded
