July 9, 2025Staff is always nice and attentive. We feel safe in Palmcourt. Kids playground is small but functional. Community events are nice. Even after several requests to clean the pool it doesn’t show much improvement. Appliances are old and so maintenance issues are frequent. Grill has no roof and makes it very difficult to use it under the sun.Property Manager Responded
