The importance of good management
January 21, 2023
Management is overtly rude and never on time. Maintenance are genuinely lovely people but have little to no direction. In the first 2 months of stay I experienced an apartment flood due to a boiler malfunction, broken windows, and almost every door and cabinet falling completely off their hinges. Again, I want to make this review clear that maintenance is at no fault as whenever they are finally looped in their work is exemplary but open communication with management is like pulling teeth.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with the water heather lamentably, a malfunction of any appliance could happen at any time and we are here to help during each situation. Please remember we do offer maintenance on call for this type of situation. Regarding the work orders, please stop by the office so we can do a proper work order for your apartment needs. In case you would like to stop by, our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also, for your convenience, you can use the portal to submit any work order. We are here for all our residents, so do not vacillate to communicate with us as we are here for you. Double standards on rules for different units. Dog rules and balcony rules. Called multiple times about ceiling leaking and sagging and no one came to look for a week. Finally came because down stairs neighbour complained about an AC leak and was surprised by our ceiling. Does not give notice before entering apartments for non emergency work. Trash everywhere. Terrible roach problem.

Great timely response from the maintenance crew. You get a call back within the same day or next day depending what time you call during the day. Rooms are in excellent conditions, none to almost to no damage. Lastly, very friendly office atmosphere and very knowledgeable about what's available and not.
