Beautiful after a rain. Quiet, sunny property. Affordable and good management. Centrally located. Easy to get to restaurants and shops in Port Arthur. 30 min from Beaumont. Best part is all utilities are in one fee. I paid more than the CAM fee for just myself for utilities in the past. You don’t need to give connection fees for anything. TURNKEY

Since their have been new ownership this place has been flipped upside down. I really appreciate all the improvements they have done to the property. They painted the building, putting up a fence, all new outside lighting and much more to come! It looks so much better then before and becoming a safe place where any family could call their home

This place is awesome. New management has come in and is cleaning it up nicely. I have been here a long time. Ms. Crystal is awesome. She always has a smile and speaks to you no matter where she is. She is always walking around looking at things. The other two ladies in the office are very nice. Never rude and is willing to help in anyway possible. Mr. Vernon needs a little help but he is on point with what he’s doing. You will not be sorry u moved here.
