There are many amenities as a pool, laundry rooms, gym, and game room. It is located in a great place near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Bart and downtown Walnut Creek! The maintenance staff exceeds my expectations and they’re ALWAYS timely, very professional, doing an amazing job & most important they make sure your needs are being met. Can't do with the (endless) Construction noise!

But these days, under the new management that took over, there ALWAYS seems to be construction going on for months on end- LOUD construction. A lot of residents are still working from home, so it is terrible to get work done, and take calls. The pounding against the wood panels just never stop, leaves you with a headache by the end of 5pm. August 12, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comMy quality of life has plummeted since they began running a gas-powered leaf blower almost every morning for hours, including Sundays. It’s really difficult to sleep or get remote work done or keep our baby asleep. We’re moving out ASAP since mgmt doesn’t care.
