Great Apartments
September 25, 2024I been living here for almost 2 years and honesty I never had any issues. The property manager Frances really take care of her residents and actually keeps the property safe and clean. Maintenance stay on call and they are very quick with completing all maintenance requests, I love this complex so much I even move my mother on property and she love it and says it's very peaceful.Review from Apartments.com
MOLD & HORRIBLE ATTITUDES
March 6, 2024I have reported mold in my unit over a year ago - they closed the request with "I paint we good" and tell me not to worry. Mold continues to grows in my building and they have not done any proper inspections - I have mold by my a/c and it now blows into my unit. They deleted my requests and when I requested termination they denied me and asked for $2200. Nothing is done in a legitimate way.Review from Apartments.com

June 15, 2021worse place to live here. screaming kids, too many ppl in one bed room apartment. trash every where especially around the dumpster. no grass, plenty of ants , fire ants... ppl dont pick after there dogs. there no grass here. just weeds. maintenance is good. they do come fix the problem... agent only work 3 days a week on the property. they dont see what goes on the weekend here. trashy and nasty ppl... there are some good tenants here but the bad ones needs to go... dont move in here if u ...want screaming kids, scooter,hoover broads, and bike on the hallways....Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

New Changes
March 30, 2018I would like to let the public know that the apartments are now being serviced and maintenance on regular basis now. When you notify the office now to report maintenance problems you are now encountered with a more friendlier environment and better customer services. Your maintenance request is taken care of within 24 hours if what needs to be done is not extreme, if parts needs to be ordered, your maintenance is taken care of before the week is out. The maintenance crew is very polite and ...thorough. I am looking forward to the children's clubhouse and the renovation of the pool area. I am very glad to know that their first priority was to fix up the inside of the apartments before trying to work on other projects first. This has been my resident for almost 7 years and I can honestly say the new owners are making a change for better living. The motto for this complex is not to just feel as though you are renting just another ordinary apartment, but after being out all day you can't wait to get home...Palm Square Homes.
