I found this place online and had to sign the lease based on a video call with the leasing agent so I was very nervous going in. This place has exceeded all of my expectations! The complex is quiet with friendly neighbors. Very kid and pet friendly. The apartments feel so clean and new! The landlord has been so accommodating and made the move in experience stress free! Any maintenance requests (like a clogged drain) was handled day of! Love this place, I am so sad to leave!

This apartment is amazing! Everything inside is so up to date and well-done! The pool is so nice and clean and there is an area for our dog to run around that's fenced-in. The management are also lovely, they are so quick to help if there is a concern and are super understanding. Would highly recommend these apartments!

The apartment is beautiful and the neighborhood is pet friendly, which was very important to me. Happy to call it home!

My family and I moved into the Palm View Village a little over a year ago. When I first walked into the unit that we were looking at, I fell in love instantly. I even told Anita, the on-site manager, that she could not show this to anyone else because I wanted it. Within 56 hours of applying for the apartment and paying our deposit, we had the approval for the unit. The units, as well as the property itself is beautiful. Laminate flooring throughout, new tile and counters in the kitchen, the unit ...
is spacious and has huge windows which allow a lot of natural light to enter. We moved in when the renovations were just getting started. The new paint looks great, the new design of the pool is going to be amazing, and the addition of an outdoor gym/fitness center just adds to the value of the property.
My family and I could not ask for a better to place to call home. Thank you Anita, for providing us with the approval to live in such a beautiful property and all that you do. Oh, they also allow pets which is a big plus in our book.

My fiancé and I were looking for our first place to call home. We went to go take a look at Palm view apartments and instantly fell in love with the place. There love for dogs allows us to have our pets there and the landlord Anita is the sweetest person and really makes you feel right at home. My fiancé and I move in at the end of the month and we can’t wait! Thank you to Palm Village apartments and to Anita for helping us find our first home together. You made us feel right at home.

We love living in the South Bay! We found this apartment when searching online and we met with Anita the same day. Anita was able to show us a downstairs unit with a sizeable backyard, which was perfect for the pup. We have now been here for over a year and absolutely love how peaceful and quiet this community is even during the summer. It is such a treat to also have a dog park and a pool to enjoy! We definitely recommend this community and the gorgeous amenities it comes with.

The community at Palm View Village is amazing. I absolutely love living here. I have been a resident for almost 6 months, and could't be happier. Anita and Monica are wonderful property managers. I first found this place by calling a number off apartments.com. I was frustrated and discouraged at the time, because it was almost impossible to find a place that fit our budget,had great amenities, pet friendly, and provided enough space for our family. I found this place by chance, and left a ...
message, to be called back within minutes by Monica. I had such a lovely conversation with her, that I hung up wanting to not only live there, but be her friend. My husband and I visited the property and met with Anita. She was just as wonderful as Monica was! She showed us around the community, helped us with the application, and was in constant contact throughout the entire leasing process. Since we have lived here she has been more than helpful with any concerns we may have, and keeps an immaculate community. I have never been more happy with calling someplace home. I would typically count down the days until I was able to move from a place, and now cannot imagine living anywhere else.
