STAY AWAY
April 24, 2026This picture is of what it looked like the majority of the time I lived here. Thats my old silver car. I was here for 13 YEARS. Once they renovated and cleared out all the trees and landscaping for kickback$ the new HOA became insufferable, a grown man named Vladimir in a so called volunteer position and was never around when needed for roof access or anything helpful, but was ALWAYS around in the middle of the night stalking residents apartments, taking pictures, on foot and in his car, EVERY ...night 2am and after. In and out of the clubhouse on the pool deck in the middle of the night, in a dirty t shirt, eyes all glassy, running up on residents late at night asking if they "know" who he is and that he is "on the board". I have extensive photos and videos of this obsessive and creepy behavior. Do not move here. Its an absolute nightmare what this place turned into.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
