August 9, 2015I've lived at Palmer Court for 13 years now. I've been here since they were built. I absolutely love this complex. Staff and maintenance are fantastic. Grounds are well maintained. I've not had any issues that were not addressed immediately. I cannot speak higher of this complex. Came under new management around 2010. Upgrades were done to make units more energy efficient, and I can definitely notice the difference on my utility bills (a positive in my pocket). This is a great location in ...Midtown. love these apartments
July 27, 2015I've lived here for 2 years now and never really had any complaints. Maintenance is wonderful. Snow is plowed and grass is well kept. the staff is very helpful and everything is done in a timely matter. A bonus is car insurance is cheap because we have Detroit, State and Campus police! safety is guaranteed!Review from Apartments.com
