I highly recommend this place to live, lovely members staff, the property always looks clean, and they are always available to help you out with any problems, I’ve been living here for over 3 years and in my opinion this is the best properly to live in Town’n & Country.

I've lived here for almost a year and have no big complaints. The location's very conveniently close to stores and my job, and the new office staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance has responded quickly every time I put in a request, and while the buildings are a little on the older side they're still very liveable.

No se mude aqui, todo esta sobrevalorado. las tuberias de agua siempre estan rotas. El nuevo equipo de la oficina son lo peor. Hay basura en las calles. Te suben la renta sin razon. Es una cloaca llena de cucarachas y ratones. Te obligan a pagar por fumigar el apto, pero no sirve lo que hacen. Ahorren tiempo y dinero. NO SE MUDEN AQUI. ES EL PEOR LUGAR EN EL QUE HE VIVIDO.

The property was recently purchased by a new company. The new office staff, namely Norma and Marisela gave me 5 star service while renewing my lease. Marisela is the property manager and is a huge improvement from the old property manager. Very pleasant to deal with, she goes above and beyond what I was expecting. Great asset to our community.

Older Property- Subpar Conditions

.I lived here for 3 years.
The running water is frequently turned off to the ENTIRE complex as pipes constantly burst. At least 2-3 times a month, for several hours at a time...often without notice. Very inconvenient to be without wall running water to shower, wash clothes or dishes etc.
It's an Older property (built in the 70s): older buildings, most stairs and railings are out of date, unsafe, and borderline dangerous.
The noise is a lot to deal with sometimes. The traffic noise, residents ...
arguing, playing loud music, or the loud bass from their cars is annoying.
Worst of all, the management here is very lazy and seem not to care much about resident concerns.
The ONLY redeeming quality is the maintenance team employed here. Very quick, friendly, and helpful guys.
It's not worth the price AT ALL. But they can get away with it because of the state of the housing market.

Moved out of State everything was done easily online, over the phone and by mail. Good location, decent pricing, water included, washer and dryer hook up was all we were looking for. However, you can hear everything, doesn't help that depending on the location of your apartment, your door faces neighbors back patio/deck. I can look into my neighbors living room from my bedroom window which means I haven't open that window since I moved in. We work overnights so we have no problem with parking. ...
Privacy is the main reason for relocating.
