Infested w bugs and mold
April 14, 2022Don’t recommend moving here. The pictures they’re using are not reflecting the actual living conditions. The “fitness center” no ac and a weight bench in a room. The “laundry facility” mostly broken machines and the ones that aren’t broken are filled w pet hair and mold. It’s sick. They blame all the issues on whoever isn’t working that day. Nothing gets resolved. It’s gross. Don’t move here.Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here
October 30, 2021Hands down the worst living experience I've ever had. 1 month in, and we're already paying the early termination fee for our lease. From the moment we moved into our 2 bedroom townhome, that we thought we were getting a great deal on, we quickly discovered why it was so cheap. On move in day, we walked into our unit that had a missing door, gum in the carpet from the previous tenant, dirty floors, and dead bugs all over the countertop AND the countertops were literally peeling off of the top. ...After the first week we noticed a disgusting smell coming from the kitchen. After going through all the food we had to make sure it wasn't anything of our own, we realized it was from the mold that was growing beneath our cupboards. We filed a work order and emailed on this 3 separate times in 4 days before we even got a response. While I was working from home one day, I heard the loudest banging noise coming from outside (almost sounded like a gun). When I looked outside, the electrical box that's in our backyard was making the noise and I witnessed a bunch of sparks flying from the top of it and landing in the grass. We emailed on this as well, and maintenances response to us was "Yeah that's just from water getting in there." Like, what? Are you really going to act like this is normal? On top of all of this, both of our cars were broken into (one of which was stolen and has yet to be found). When I tried to reason with the "On site Manager" about it and see if there was anyway we could get some leeway on getting out of this horrible experience her response to me was "Even though it's not our fault, we are very sorry to hear about your cars." This place is an absolute joke. No one here cares about their job, and they definitely don't care about you or your living experience. We even tried to sublease our place because the lease that we signed says that they allow subletting. Hours before we had someone come and tour this place to see if they want it (not really sure why they even would) the leasing office advised us that they DON'T allow subleasing (LOL). I'm past caring at this point, we're just ready to move out of this joke of a community. We haven't even moved into our new apartment yet (we do today) but the staff there has already been 1,000X more responsive than anyone has here. Dangerous and Gross
October 27, 2021Palmetto Creek Townhomes are as bad as it gets. Before even moving in, we had to get moved to a new unit because the water pipes burst in the unit next to us and flooded it. The new place we got moved to had broken counters, missing doors, and brown mold in the kitchen. One of the kitchen cabinets was rotting off and there were dead bugs everywhere. They never even cleaned it. We reported all of this before we even moved in and nothing was ever fixed. We hear gunshots a night frequently and my ...car was stolen. August 25, 2021DO NOT LIVE HERE! I NEVER write negative reviews but I am doing this as I fear that children live in this housing complex. My husband and I moved here from out of state. Immediately there were multiple issues that took over a week to be fixed… INCLUDING AC IN 95 DEGREE WEATHER! One of our last nights staying there I was attacked by a homeless person that was sleeping near our patio! THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO CALL HOME.Review from Apartments.com
