Property is poor
April 26, 2023valet trash never picked up the trash and we as residence were told to call them ourselves. SERIOIUS ISSUE with the fire alarm, which knocks out the power in certain building when people in wheelchairs are not about to access the stairs. front desk staff under new management treated everyone like we were nothing. November 13, 2021I’ve only lived here for the past 5 months. The apartments match the pictures absolutely gorgeous but there was always a problem with the sink not being able to drain. Called multiple times about pest control there’s ant, roach and another type of insect that I’m not familiar with. We keep our kitchen clean and empty, what’s the point of having food in the apartment if the bugs will get to it first. Then the ac/ heat constantly needed to be fixed also along with the microwave and the kitchen ...fossett making loud noises and barley any water would come out. Also since I was on the first floor I had a porch everyday someone would let there dog poop right near my back door almost everyday and not pick it up which don’t make any sense the doggie bags and trash can station is not far.
