No air for months

First the refrigerator went out, it took them 3 months to bring a new one. Then the air went out during the hottest month of the year and it took them 4 months the to fix. By the time they fixed it summer was over we had no use for it. We kept having issues and they o Lu gave a 180$ credit. They wasn’t working with us with the rent and we no way to get contact with the property manager. I would recommend staying here!!

Units are currently being renovated to early 2000’s look. Maintenance is not available after hours/weekends. Unless you call multiple times, your maintenance needs won’t get helped. The structure of the buildings is very questionable and not well insulated (winters will make your energy bills high) As far as crime, is below average. Not many trouble maker neighbors. Complex manager does answer emails/calls and is friendly… but tends to be reminded constantly of issues since she’s super busy with ...

Townhouses are much smaller than the apartments when it’s comes to sections of different rooms in the house. Ask if apartments are available instead.

The apartments and townhouses are a dump. I lived there for 6 weeks and my townhouse leaked the entire time. I have emails since I moved in going back and forth about how there maintenance repaired the leaks. Townhouse had mold and mildew. THEY DID NOTHING. There suggestion was for me to move if I didn't like it. I MOVED. Now they refuse to give me back my deposits. I had a $300 pet deposit and they are keeping that and charging me another $125 for pet treatment but wont send me proof. ...
Best thing to do is run and not live here. ITS A DUMP!!!!

She did not give me the run around or false information. She got me approved the same day without any waits or delays.
