No air for months
February 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comFirst the refrigerator went out, it took them 3 months to bring a new one. Then the air went out during the hottest month of the year and it took them 4 months the to fix. By the time they fixed it summer was over we had no use for it. We kept having issues and they o Lu gave a 180$ credit. They wasn’t working with us with the rent and we no way to get contact with the property manager. I would recommend staying here!!

Unless you call multiple times, your maintenance needs won’t get helped. The structure of the buildings is very questionable and not well insulated (winters will make your energy bills high) As far as crime, is below average. Not many trouble maker neighbors. Complex manager does answer emails/calls and is friendly… but tends to be reminded constantly of issues since she’s super busy with ...2 complexes to manage. Otherwise it’s a decent place for first time renters. Not for the price though.Read More

I have emails since I moved in going back and forth about how there maintenance repaired the leaks. Townhouse had mold and mildew. THEY DID NOTHING. There suggestion was for me to move if I didn't like it. I MOVED. Now they refuse to give me back my deposits. I had a $300 pet deposit and they are keeping that and charging me another $125 for pet treatment but wont send me proof. ...Best thing to do is run and not live here. ITS A DUMP!!!!Read More
