Chris and Stefan are great at handling the maintenance work orders in a timely fashion. Teresa and Brittany are always eager to help when needed and always have a smile on their face. Overall a great place to live!

I love how the staff are always happy to help and they are very lovely people. The apartments themselves are very nice and quiet which I love. August 19, 2025As a Resident of Palmetto Place Apartments. I can gladly say they have definitely been very welcoming and a good community! The workers are always on top of everything! And the maintenance people are very helpful! Truly love living here! They always respond to emails fast. There is always clean up crews, special events, etc! Throughout the community! The only “nit-pick” I would say. I wish they better labels for the building numbers. I have issues with packages getting lost, stolen, or not ...delivered. Because the delivery people can’t find my home. So that is little frustrating! All in all I will definitely recommend anyone to live here! It’s so peaceful & pleasant!Property Manager Responded
