As a Resident of Palmetto Place Apartments. I can gladly say they have definitely been very welcoming and a good community! The workers are always on top of everything! And the maintenance people are very helpful! Truly love living here! They always respond to emails fast. There is always clean up crews, special events, etc! Throughout the community! The only “nit-pick” I would say. I wish they better labels for the building numbers. I have issues with packages getting lost, stolen, or not ...
delivered. Because the delivery people can’t find my home. So that is little frustrating! All in all I will definitely recommend anyone to live here! It’s so peaceful & pleasant!

Palmetto Place is definitely A- tier. They are very clean and friendly services. The only note I would have is to be more honest about their time. I work night shift so gets difficult to randomly wake up to knock on the door.
