I relocated to south Fulton. This is a great community, the manager is the best! She is kind and knowledgeable. But she took her time and explained the process. The place is clean and great price!

The pool is never open kids walk around knocking on your door asking for money . Nobody does anything about the trash the roaches are ridiculous they don’t fix anything

I am new to the area and drove by Palmetto Preserve. The lady was so nice. You can tell she was busy. But she took her time with me and Mom. Even showed us an apartment. She was so patient and went through every detail of the process. I just wanted to tell her thank you. The place was clean and the leasing lady Brittany was full of knowledge, transparent, and kind.

They jerk you around for over a month saying you are approved but they need more documents (like every document you've had in your entire life) and then say you are denied.
