March 18, 2025Stayed here for a year, wonderful property with great neighbors. It's awesome being a walk away from downtown while also having a nice pool and grill for sunny days. For someone who wanted to get into working out more as well, it is great that the fitness center is so close by, especially if you live in D tower. Only thing I didn't like about this location is the price. Undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Pensacola but they know that and have their prices accordingly lol. If you can ...afford it though then you won't have any regrets.Property Manager Responded

Palmilla is like living in a awesome resort
June 15, 2024I am renting a 3 bedroom unit in building 4 with a view of the pool. The apartment feels more like a home because it has plenty of space, storage, and an awesome kitchen. Each bedroom has plenty of space and good size walk in closets. The amenities include a dog wash, gym and spectacular pool. There are several grills and plenty of tables and televisions pool side. All of the amenities are kept super clean and feel brand new. I also rented two of the covered parking spots. This is a big benefit ...keeping the cars cool and out of bad weather. The building is also within walking distance of downtown where there are numerous bars and restaurants. Overall the Palmilla cannot be beat in my opinion.Property Manager Responded

A great Place to Call home
June 14, 2024Recently just relocated to the area. And while we get our grounding wanted to be close to the action. You can walk to so much locally it’s great. The staff is wonderful from leasing to maintenance. Also the apartments and amenities are wonderful nicely done and clean as the buildings are newer. The only thing I would say is not great is the parking setup. Covered reserved parking will run a $100 a month and I’ve lived in larger cities that charge less for not only dedicated space but fully ...secured which this isn’t. Also depending on the building hauling your groceries can be a task as there is limited parking by the front buildings. They really need to add a dedicated load and unload spot with a time limit or put a community cart inside that people can use. Other wise a weekly grocery run will take a few trips in the FL heat.Property Manager Responded

Such a great place to live!

The front desk and leasing agents are amazing and made my move super easy and seamless. the apartments are so nice, and have everything you need. Such a 'classy', impressive property! WOW!
June 14, 2024I love Palmilla! It is so beautiful and spacious, and I love all the high-end appliances and fixtures! Everything about Palmilla is absolutely over the top, including all their impressive amenities. When at the pool, I feel like I am in a luxurious resort, where I will be spending a lot of time this summer. I love how everything is within walking distance; downtown, restaurants, and beautiful parks and how it is such a safe and beautiful place to ride my bike! The staff is super friendly, ...knowledgeable, and very helpful. Danielle, the property manager, is absolutely amazing; a class-act!
