March 23, 2023I have lived at 1100 E Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ for 5 years. In this time, I have experienced several different manager teams. Sadly, in past years I have been treated very poorly. So poorly I was prepared to move as my lease is coming to an end 3/23. This is when I met Lantha, the new property manager at Palms Luxury. Lantha is a manger who truly cares about tenants and listens to concerns. Lantha and her assistant Marisa are very efficient and professional. They do whatever it takes to help you ...with your needs They both respond promptly to my calls and emails. Because of the kindness and care I have recently experienced I decided to not only renew my lease but to upgrade to a larger apartment. What a great relief to Know Lantha is working day and night to restore Palms Luxury into the living experience it once was when it first opened to rent. March 14, 2023Please do not rent here. They slap the "luxury" label on so they can cost you a ridiculous amount in rent. One time a man tried breaking in claiming he was maintenance man to gain access. Called the office and they did nothing about it. Didn't even seem concerned someone was impersonating maintainable to break in and do god knows what. Cars get broken into left and right and they do nothing about it. If your AC breaks don't expect them to come and fix it until several days or a week later. Once ...it is fixed expect to put in another request months later for the same problem. Don't even get me started on the gates. They are constantly broken and always closed. When they are open it is completely random. Don't have the fob? Just spend the next five minutes searching alphabetically for your last name and to have it call you. Why there isn't just a pin is beyond me. Lots of noise from bell road and neighbors that blast music so loud it shakes your living space. Do yourself a favor and consider anywhere else. Cheap “luxury”
October 4, 2022I have lived here for about 4 years now (multiple different owners) and CAN NOT wait to move. The apartments are decent for the cheaper price, but have increasingly become more sketchy. Police presence is higher, cars being broken into, people digging through the dumpsters, gates constantly broken and office staff are super unhelpful and rude when it’s addressed. Cute for the price, but wouldn’t recommend besides the for the cheap price.Property Manager Responded

ABSOLUTELY HATE IT
January 3, 2022If I can give no stars I will!! Since the new there is new owners and new management these apartments are not worth the headache. Rent has gone up Tremendously with no new features at all. On top of that if you back your car in to a parking spot it will get towed. There is Cockroach’s in my apartment when you have a problem their maintenance won’t show up the same day. I can go on but I won’t it’s not worth my time.Review from Apartments.com
Not luxury
December 7, 2021This place was great before the new management took over mid 2021. They remarketed and rebranded this place as "luxury" when it's not in an attempt to fool new people into coming here. The price hike of $500 without any new features is also rather disgusting. Great place to call home
December 20, 2019This is a great community to live in with all the amenities near by. It is close to freeways and shopping and has a gym onsite. All of the neighbors I have met have been super friendly and the office staff is always helpful. Amazing Home

Love our New Home
December 19, 2019My husband has been looking for a house for a few months....upon being disappointed on a property in the area, I said well show about an apartment instead of house. He was driving by and decided to stop in and see if they had any available. The front office was so nice and helpful, Pam was happy to show my husband an apartment knowing we needed a 3 bedroom, they had one coming open in a week. He did the face time and I was able to take a tour being many states away. I immediately fell in ...love with the beautiful updated new apartment. It has such a Nice pool complex with plenty of loungers, gas grills, and tables. Did I mention a nice clean gym with a little bit of work out equipment for everyone, with a Doggie Wash room that’s always available to care for your furry loved one. The maintenance staff is friendly and takes great care of the apartment grounds. The office staff always has a smile on and engages in pleasant conversation. Pam is by far the reason my husband and I felt The Green Leaf on Bell apartment was the perfect home for our family. The Promo one month free rent was definitely a perk. Everything I need
October 4, 2019I moved in to Green Leaf on Bell in August. They had a promo going on for a free month of rent which is what initially sold me on the complex after my tour. I love everything about this place so far. The complex is very clean and fairly quiet. I work late hours and never see anyone coming or going around those times. Each unit has high ceilings which allows for minimal noise from neighbors. My unit over looks the pool and even then, I don't hear too much noise as unnecessary hours. Unit was very ...clean from the day I moved in. Updated and spacious. Front desk staff is friendly and always willing to help you out. Maintenance crew is friendly and will say hi when passing by. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking in this area.Property Manager Responded

Best appartments so Far ...
July 18, 2017I was watching the construction since they started and waiting for them when they will start the move in. At that time I was hoping that they start the move in before my current lease get over and one day I saw board with contact details. I called them and leave a massage and Shalana called me back. She is super nice and supportive. She showed me different apartments since the apartments was not ready and explain me all the difference which is nice. She also help me to find out the best deal ...which I was looking and explain me all the details. We had a lots of email going back and forth and she reply all the time instantaneously. Excited to move in!
July 6, 2017My family and I had been looking for a new place to call home for some time. We weren't in a rush and kept saying to each other that in this large Phoenix Valley that once we found what we were looking for we would know. That is exactly what happened when we found Trellis on Bell Apartments! After seeing the information on Apartments.com we traveled over to look and discovered that they were still under construction and that the office wasn't open yet. We called the number listed and quickly ...received a response from Shalana. She offered to let us come view a different property to get an idea of what the interior features will be like and that is all that we needed. She was so helpful and made us feel so welcome that we applied and selected our new apartment home without even seeing it. They have amazing designs, tons of great amenities and are also offering the NEST system in each brand new apartment. We recently went in to see the office (that is now open) as well as the completed spaces that they have available to show. We have also watched the construction process and they have a group working diligently to get the complex ready. There are tons of restaurants, and places like Ross and Target nearby and also they have the brand new Fry's right across the street that offers everything that you could possibly need.
