March 21, 2025Maintenance Requests Maintenance service at Palms is handy. The M-team work to complete tenants work orders in prompt manner but sometimes does not go as planned. At times an urgent matter like inside water leak does not get the urgency it requires due to their reasoning at Palms. Active water leaks lead to mold smells and property damage that can be blamed on the tenant in some unususal way. I appreciate the fact that the maintenance is available on the premises and understand staffing shortages ...that lead to burn out of current staff therefore the Palms does what it can to complete service orders. Doing the bare minimum is the Gold standard for some businesses. There is a big difference between doing the bare minimum as a Gold standard vs. going above & beyond as the Platinum standard for some businesses.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

this place is trash
April 8, 2024I have lived here for eight months. They did not have my apartment ready when I was moving in nor was it safe with a broken window and the only one they did have ready was $200 more a month which I had to opt for because I was not going to move in to an unsafe place. Since I moved in, my fridge broke and they didn’t give it for two weeks the water has been turned off 6 different times for a whole day. My dishwasher has worked a total of two months and I have put in numerous work order request to ...get it fixed. The police have been called to multiple apartments close to mine and The alarm system that you have to pay for does not actually work.Property Manager Responded
