The building is newly furnished but the wall is not sound-proof at all. I have issues with sleeping so I decide to move out after a half year. I talked with the managers for the re-leasing process but found it very complicated and the managers are deceptive. First, they don't let you go unless you find a new roommate to take over your lease, and they won't help you find one. Second, I asked the managers several times if there is any extra fees including re-letting fee when I move out, because the ...
lease says the managers "may" charge $350 re-letting fee. They said no and made me optimistic. But on the day I left, they did charge my re-letting fee. They explained "the company requires us to do so" "we treat every tenant equal"... They explained everything except why they didn't keep their promise. Third, they charge you fees but not write clearly what the fees are used for. They charged me one month's rent as the security deposit but later claimed that is not security deposit but the rent of July. They charged electricity fees but not wrote which month the electricity fee was paid for. I finally understand the electricity fee I paid every month was actually the electricity fee of two month ago. Fourth, they send lease of the next year (yes, it is one more year lease) to every tenant's email every month to attract them to renew the lease in advance. In conclusion, the apartment is noisy, and the management is poor, deceptive and can make you crazy. Think twice if you really want to move in!

They literally have all their employees write and rate their reviews. Everyone that I met that lived there also hated it. The management is terribly disorganized and rude. They never bother to actually handle the resident issues. They simple don’t care. And don’t bother staying there if you actually want to sleep in or sleep at all. The fire alarm goes off 50 times a week at the LEAST. Then they advertise that the hot tub is open year round but they have it open for like a few weeks then close it ...
down with the pool with no explanation. The electric bill is slightly ridiculous. Usually adds 100-150 extra on top of rent.

- The thing that bothered us the most was the fact that maintenance came into our apartment without giving us a 24 hr notice. (Keep in mind that this was illegal). We were never put onto the resident email list, so we never knew that maintenance was coming to do a move out inspection. My roommate and I weren't home either.
- The noise here is outrageous. You can here everything at all times of the day. We heard our neighbors sprinting down the hallway and screaming (including 5 am after a ...
party).
- The mail... We put outgoing mail into the "outgoing mail" box by our mailbox. No one told us that apparently the mail man doesn't take outgoing mail from there so it sat there for over a week until we noticed it didn't move.
- You have to pay extra for parking.
- The wifi here never got set up for us, so we had to use the guest wifi the whole time. The set up page was completely wrong so we had to contact the wifi provider ourselves and even they couldn't help us. We are still waiting on their call back lol...
- The main elevator is extremely dirty. There was almost always mysterious liquids in puddles in the elevator.
- Windows only open 3" so there is no chance of any ventilation whatsoever.
- There are 3 main doors that lead to outside by the garage and leasing office. For weeks, only 1 door would work. The others were broken (and are still broken!). Also, the device that lets your friends call you from downstairs when they arrive has been broken for months.
- We had to email the main leasing consultant numerous times (4 emails) with no response. It was important issues that the leasing staff wouldn't communicate with us. The staff is highly unprofessional and it appears as though they have no idea what's going on at times or how to handle simple tasks. We were also never put on the resident email list, so we never received any of the important emails, such as move out information. I had to ask another tenant to send the emails to me...
- The price for what you get is outrageous. It's simply just not worth it.
- If you have a dog, it will be hard to let them out, especially if you live on any floor besides the 1st or 2nd floor.
- The water pressure in the shower is awful. It takes at least 4 minutes to get the water from the "tub" to the "shower" then to an acceptable temperature.
This is my honest opinion, along with my roommate's. We will gladly not be living here again. Save your stress, time, and potential struggles, look elsewhere.

There are a number of issues I have with the complex. First, the internet provider they use has such poor reliability that I never know if I'll be able to get work done. You have to have a different password for every device you register on the network, and it's near impossible to reset that password if you lose it. work or aren't available when most want to use them. The coffee bar always needs cleaned meaning it never works properly. They closed all amenities for a day to take photos to attract new residents instead of providing a better experience for current residents. The bocce balls and fire pit in the study courtyard are only able to be used when the leasing office is open. Third, I paid for an assigned parking spot and literally the first weekend after move in they made the lot first come first serve. Fourth, if you have a room facing the pool, don't expect them to do anything about the noise during weeknights. I've been woken up at 2:30am by people jumping in the pool even though it closes at 10pm and even though I have told a staff member about this it continues to happen.
For the price you pay to lease here, it just isn't worth it as a student. Take your money and lease somewhere else. They care more about future residents then they do about current residents.

I am staying at this property and every promise they made is a lie. I paid $20 a month for a designated parking space which they just said was now first come first serve. Also the hot water heater did not work when I moved in. The fire alarm goes off twice a day. The trashshutes and fire place both aren’t working yet. Safety wise as well the doors that are supposed to be very secure with video recognition so you can allow them In is always open and anyone can get in without a key. Very ...
