      Paloma has been great for me, management is easy to get ahold of, the apartment is very centrally located, within walking distance to Mainplace mall, to a park, and easy access to major freeways. They keep the place very clean but residents often don’t pick up after themselves.

      Aside from maybe one person in the office (Charles), this office is extremely lazy and can't be asked to do the bare minimum. It's unfortunate we didn't do enough research before signing a lease here, because it's clear no one who can actually make the changes here, actually care enough to do so.

      I have shared multiple times already, this place felt rushed, a lot of the fire alarm testing should have been done before residences moved in the water heater should not be an issue and I’ve experienced not having hot water twice in the last 10 days, the electricity has been turned off multiple occasions for maintenance reasons in the area, the maintenance team here at Paloma has always been quick and friendly but the experience as a residence here at Paloma has been nothing but a headache when ...
      rent is this high not to mention, the gorage it is poorly designed, having ramps would have been less of a headache then going in circles.
