Really nice place, and a great location!
March 4, 2025I love Palomar's proximity to the grocery store, fast food, and the fun things south Tyler has to offer. They also have an awesome dog park, and I am excited to check it out! Why Palomar Stands Out as a Great Place to Live
October 21, 2024I’ve been living at Palomar for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s a great place to call home. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the complex is always well maintained. I want to give a special shoutout to David from the maintenance team. He has been a tremendous help, especially during a week when I had multiple issues. When our dryer stopped working, he promptly ordered a new one, and the very next day, he fixed the outlet. He also listened to my concerns about the A/C and ...took measures to ensure it was addressed. Overall, the responsiveness and care from the staff really make living here enjoyable. Best Staff Ever!
July 23, 2024Front office and maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE here. From my first tour, to setting up utilities, to moving in this is the best apartment I have ever lived at. Maintenance requests are filled within a couple business hours and sometimes MINUTES!! I am only here for the summer and will actually be very sad to leave this management team (especially Dave the maintenance man).Property Manager Responded

April 26, 2024Hi, my name is Yoda! I have lived at pawlomar for five years and love my apartment even when my mom is gone. I feel comfortable and love saying hi to all my dog pals. I occasionally go to the dog park but the fake dogs kinda scare me so I stay away. However, I really love the front office because they give me cookies. Very Enjoyable and convenient place to live
