October 21, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living at Palomar for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s a great place to call home. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the complex is always well maintained. I want to give a special shoutout to David from the maintenance team. He has been a tremendous help, especially during a week when I had multiple issues. When our dryer stopped working, he promptly ordered a new one, and the very next day, he fixed the outlet. He also listened to my concerns about the A/C and ...took measures to ensure it was addressed. Overall, the responsiveness and care from the staff really make living here enjoyable. Best Staff Ever!

From my first tour, to setting up utilities, to moving in this is the best apartment I have ever lived at. Maintenance requests are filled within a couple business hours and sometimes MINUTES!! I feel comfortable and love saying hi to all my dog pals. I occasionally go to the dog park but the fake dogs kinda scare me so I stay away.
