Rude staff & Poor management
January 20, 2020The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The air conditioner never worked in one of the bedrooms. The apartment wasn’t even clean when the gave it us. When I explained to the manager that the apartment is filthy she was laughing as this was a joke. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.Property Manager Responded

Unfriendly and Unprofessional
August 7, 2018I was able to do a tour w/Taylor on 8/3 and it was my 1st tour of the morning as I'm relocating from another state. During the tour Taylor didn't speak about the property or to me as we walked to the 3rd floor unit. It appeared she was bothered and actually was on her phone when I was walking through the unit. When I ask about the pool sign/closed which is the only time she really spoke to me she indicated it is closed due to a current lawsuit..WOW! If this is any indication of the staff I surely ...don't want to live here. Very unprofessionally. Let me also say after my 1st tour I was able to see 5 other properties and a much better experience with the leasing agents.Property Manager Responded

Greatest Complex I’ve Lived In
July 5, 2018This apartment complex is the absolute best! The admin is fantastic, and it was so refreshing considering I came from the marquis and they were more expensive, with poor admin. Great Service and Style!
August 22, 2015I really like the upgraded carpet, cabinet handles, fans, and 2 inch blinds. I especially like the sunroom option, which has carpet. It extends our living room, so we have 2 sofas, a credenza, and an armchair, for a beautiful arrangement for company and conversations. The sidewalk trails are wonderful for going on walks with our family in the evenings, and we have enjoyed the sand volleyball area. The staff, especially Laura and Vivian, are caring and prompt to attend to needs that arise. ...Maintenance is usually there within an hour or so, even for routine service requests.
