    What a time living at Panorama it has been! Picture your college dorm, and if you didn’t have a dorm picture a small living place! In this small living place you have the cheapest floors imaginable, the walls you can hear through and the doors have a gap the size a small child could fit through! On top of this the place comes with a door services that just opens the door to anyone that walks through the building! -Trash shoot is always full of trash -Management takes a light year to respond, I ...
    had to mention getting the owner and CEO/ developer involved to get a response, about obnoxious charges being placed on my account - I literally can hear my neighbor sneeze 5 times a night ( probably due to the draft under all the doors, bringing in god knows what) -hot water can be randomly out at times - you have NO control over the AC or HEAT- I run warm at night and have to open a window with no screen to get cool air to avoid sweating. Abs have found bugs in my apartment due to this Now the common area might strike as appealing however it is constantly trashed by other residents and left a mess! I had a group over to enjoy the kitchen, and woke up to a $400 charge on my account due to “hear say” allegations! They recognized me and decided to apply the charges! When I asked for proof of a mess made, none was given. I simply was told this is part of the lease agreement due to having people over in the space without a reservation (which when you reserve is a $350 fee) now if the space was open and not occupied why would I voluntarily pay a fee if it’s open? No one would! The price to live here is not worth it in my opinion and can’t wait to move out!

In regards to the heating throughout the building, we have a VRF system that regulates the temperatures by tiers within the building. If you or someone believes they are having troubles with the temperature regulation on your floor, please always feel free to contact management to have maintenance check the system and make sure it's functioning properly.
