I've lived in this complex for few years now and aside from a cracked floor tile here and scratch on the wall there, these units are awesome. I'm personally a fan of carpet and 90% is carpeted. It's NOT the stiff junk you might find in other apartments in this price range either. The rooms are spacious and the appliances have been reliable. Management is absolutely wonderful and the maintenance guy is awesome too. The landscaping isn't very robust but that's never been something I personally look ...
