June 29, 2025This new app is not the move. Nowhere do i see anything that can help out like requesting maintenance for example. My dishwasher is currently out of service and not draining and i cant even send it to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

June 7, 2025Effingham Parc is a great place to live. The office personnel and the maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and just good people. All calls are returned promptly if you have to leave an msg and all service requests are processed very quickly. I feel very safe living out here, neighbors are friendly and respectful. Although I haven’t really used any of the properties amenities I know there are more than several offered. I’m considering checking out the gym that is on site real soon! March 26, 2025We pay too much to live here. The gate is always broken or someone breaks it and it is never fixed promptly. So much for the privacy…and the increase in the amenities, trash, and pest control is a little too much on top of the rent. There’s always pool problems during open season as well that I have noticed. Kids getting into things they shouldn’t and people leaving trash and large objects outside by the dumpster and it’s not a pretty sight. If you want to get your money’s worth, at least have ...everything you promise us in the lease so that we can get what we came here to pay for. There’s not many apartments out there that has a gate and that was one of the main reasons why I came in here to begin with.Property Manager Responded
