Quiet and safe
December 11, 2024I've lived here now for 1 1/2 years and I love it. Beautiful views of the mountains and so peaceful. The manager helps with anything needed and the utilities are flat rate. The electricity is off-grid so we don't have to worry about power outages. All the side doors are always locked and require a key or code. I feel safe and grateful to have found this gem.Review from Apartments.com
Great Value & Flat Rate Utilities
April 11, 2024When we moved here it was the most affordable place in all of Butte County. The utilities are paid to the apartments instead of PGE and PID and they are a flat fee each month, never changes. They keep adding amenities like vending machines, TV room, gardens, etc. This place is the most affordable around town and probably even further.Review from Apartments.com
