    This community is great to live and very accessible to all major stores and major Highways, only disadvantage of this community is this days too many people is using the some in buildings and Community centre and not getting enough service from property management.

    Nice property. However, neighboring tenants'/guests' cigarette smoke permeates this unit. Beyond a nuisance--affects ability to breathe.

    The leasing office and maintenance staff are amazing. There is plenty of parking even on weekends. The location is great being within minutes to most stores.

    Trash pick up is fantastic! Cleaning crew is quite wonderful Maintenance is solid, sometimes busy but really good people Management has been lovely

    I've had a great experience living at this apartment community. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciate. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

    Amenities are always clean and available (grill, pool, gym), and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. Parking is plentiful. Unfortunately the dumpsters fill up quickly between 8181 and 8171.

    Worst leasing office operation ever. Since the last 3 years the breakdown on communication has worsen. Repairs on appliances are delayed, emails and calls are unanswered. Even the events and activities that made it fun are not longer happening frequently. Meanwhile they are money hungry and would charge you for the smallest thing. I no longer recommend this place.

    Overall, good place to live. Walls are pretty thin, so I can hear neighbors to the side and below me. Also I’ve had issues with being promised a garage twice and then being told the garage was given to someone else. Outside of this, the staff are kind and it’s a good location for me.

    Great place to live near by industry and walking distance to all essentials and restaurants.Great school system and sandwich in between Baltimore, Maryland, and Washington DC and easy to get to Ocean City and all the nature parks and trails.

    I have been a resident for 3 years and I still find the community a convenient option for shopping, dining, and travel between Baltimore & Washington DC. The staff is friendly and the amenities fit my needs nicely.
