October 4, 2025Amenities are always clean and available (grill, pool, gym), and maintenance is quick to resolve issues. Parking is plentiful. Unfortunately the dumpsters fill up quickly between 8181 and 8171.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025Worst leasing office operation ever. Since the last 3 years the breakdown on communication has worsen. Repairs on appliances are delayed, emails and calls are unanswered. Even the events and activities that made it fun are not longer happening frequently. Meanwhile they are money hungry and would charge you for the smallest thing. August 31, 2025Overall, good place to live. Walls are pretty thin, so I can hear neighbors to the side and below me. Also I’ve had issues with being promised a garage twice and then being told the garage was given to someone else. July 28, 2025I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time because Paragon is a very comfortable apartment complex. The staff is very good and responsive. The property conditions are good and kept up. I do wish that they would update the kitchens with more "stylish" and modern appliances, but the team did replace two appliances this year (new, but the same, older styles). Location is terrific; the clubhouse, fitness room and pool are kept clean and updated.Property Manager Responded
