Worst apartment I ever lived in
June 12, 2019I am giving 1 rating as there is no option to give 0 or negative rating if there is a negative rating I would have given it. I have taken lease 3 months back and staying here was pathetic. As we have a 1-year lease, we are staying else we would have moved right away. Pros:- I couldn't find anything. Cons:- BedBugs: Be aware, the apartment will have bedbugs and we have paid more than $2000 for its treatment, Even if we get confirmation that there are no bugs before joining the lease, at the ...time of leaving, they will say that there are bed bugs and apartment need to be treated Maintenance: I have requested for maintenance for the same issue twice and in both cases, they haven't fixed the issue. Management: Management was very bad, if you ask any question, they will respond rudely as if they are offering us accommodation for free. Lease: We are 5 members on lease and only 2 key sets were given to us and when I requested them for key sets to other lease members they are charging extra $75 for the single key set. Telephone Entry System: For last 3 months, I was continuously asking to add my phone number in Telephone Entry System but management says that system is down and they will fix it(I am curious to know what kind of Telephone Entry System would take more than 3 months to get fixed ). Trash: Trash rooms are disgusting with garbage overflowing, stinking and bad smell. Cost: Very Expensive, at the same price you will get a nice apartment in other communities. Expensive, poorly maintained, noisy - not a good value.
March 14, 2019I've been at Paragon for 4 years, and while it was once a great, upscale community, it's now a very poor value. A few specifics: - Maintenance and upkeep are extremely poor. Common areas are only rarely (if at all) cleaned. The door to access the gym has been broken since December. Carpets in interior courtyard are - The apartments are nice enough, but the quality of all the appliances (kitchen and washer/dryer) are bottom of the line. Literally, I could not find a cheaper stove/oven or ...dishwasher. The fridge and washer/dryer are not much better. Ridiculous for such an expensive place. - Every year or so, there appears to be a complete overhaul of the management office. And every new iteration tries to change things, usually without any real improvement. - Noisy! Noise insulation in the apartments is minimal, so good luck if you have a loud neighbor. dirty, careless, expensive
January 11, 2019There are always dog waste in the gardens, the bbq never clean, the common areas without maintenance I have 6 months living here and in these 6 months I have not seen that they can only one tree, if I am going to ask anything to the office they answer reluctantly or simply do not help you, very disappointed in the service is very expensive for what they offer, in garbage rooms they never give maintenance they always have garbage days, the doors and carpets of the building are stainedReview from Apartments.com

March 13, 2018If I didn’t have a pet I would give a higher rating, probably a 4.5 but I rented here because it is pet friendly. The apartment is nice for my pet but the attitude of staff when having a pet sitter come while I am away has been rude and uncaring. It is a large and secure property so there needs to be policies but if you are pet friendly I would expect understanding the needs of a pet owner. September 12, 2015I have been living at Paragon @ Fremont for over 6 months now and this is the best place to live in Fremont. The apartment is really modern with lots of great features. It also has central ac/heating which provides sound sleep at night every time. Full gym, heated pool, jacuzzi, etc this place really is a wonderful to live in.
