This is how bad my apartment was. I had to contact Indiana Board of Health. They gave the apartments 30 days and nothing to my apartment was done . Then they gave days to move out. This was March 2023 .

I have lived in here for two years and ever since I moved in my apartment was not completely done. I was in a need of moving fast due to my children. I was ok with me moving in how it was because it was told to me that it was going to be fixed after I submitted all my Move in concerns. I have constantly been putting work orders during these two years. All this Management cares about is the exterior of the buildings. My truck got towed twice without me getting notified due to them painting the ...
streets. I was not the only tenant that they moved their cars without being notified. I understand there is a process of doing things, I understand there is a protocol and procedure. But this management places notices on the main doors saying and notifying when things will suppose to be done but they never follow what they say. I have been without heat for two days now and they have LAZY EMPLOYEES NOT KNOWING what they are doing starting from the office staff to the outside employees. I have been in this field of PM for more than 10 years and the way how this Management is handling this property is not a safe place to live IN GENERAL. They lose rent and then place you a nasty letter on your door. Crime in here is always shootings and drugs involved. That is the reason why I will not recommend, and I am moving from the apartments.

I would say the apartment itself in the inside is very spacious, that’s the best feature. The outside of the apartments don’t look so good. Office staff is dysfunctional. When I moved in they gave me two keys that didn’t work. So I had to wait for a maintenance man from another site to change my locks. Blinds were not changed before moving in.

Won't give my holding fee back

They make you pay a $100 holding when u apply on top of the 60$ application fee and it tells you if u get denied you get the $100 back..why I applied in late November and I still haven't received my $100 back ...I call no answer or I get told someone will call me it's nothing she can do ....then I keep getting emails asking how I like my place..like what?... I wasn't approved and where is money ...I'm so confused ...can I get my money back or I guess I can go to BBB cuz at this point something ...

Wellington Village use to be a nice place to live. The new management doesn't care about the residents. It's all about money for them. They're allowing this community to go down. The buildings are dirty, tenants keep it cleaned. The outside grounds are nasty, trash everywhere. The pool isn't open.
