November 8, 2023They get you with how nice everything is. The nice lounge area and the nice pool. Well you can't host any parties in the LARGE lounge area., Even though the lounge is set up to have parties, only the leasing office can host parties, not residents so the space is useless to us. You can not have any decor or mats outside your door. Even though its a hallway that no one sees, you still can't. You can not put anything on your balcony because they need it to look "uniform and clean". So basically they ...want it to look like no one lives there. June 6, 2019The building has a nice layout and floorplans, appliances were good, etc. My only feedback is that the carpet was very unforgiving in terms of hiding stains, and the walls are incredibly thin so I could hear neighbors sneezing, listening to music, talking, etc.Review from Apartments.com
