I just completed my first year at Paramount at Kingwood and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I am a home body, the environment here is quiet and clean. The maintenance team and office staff are hard working and very accommodating. It has been a wonderful year, lm looking forward to the years ahead!

Great quiet complex (other than freeway noise ofcourse) large units, nice style and very conveniently located. Greystar is doing needed deferred Maintenance and improving the grounds and outside of buildings. Office staff always friendly and maintenance crew are efficient and timely when there is an issue.

I absolutely love it here at Paramount at Kingwood! The staff is always friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make sure I have a great experience every time. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. I really enjoy the amenities—especially the pool and gym, which are always in great condition and perfect for relaxing or staying active. It’s a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend!

I love the property it feels like home the residents are nice and the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The lady’s in the office are all nice, and very understanding and the maintenance gets there work done and makes the property nice. And along with my unit it’s beautiful just enough space storage and it doesn’t feel like an apartment it feels like a small home.

For the most part, my experience here has been good. A 2 bedroom has been affordable for me as a single person. The rent is barely raised each year. I’m super thankful for being able to afford this place so I can have a home!
