ok place trash company
May 20, 2021I am a current resident at this property and it is ok not great not terrible. I fully believe that this place would be so much better if it was run by any other person in the whole world. seriously. Nothing in here is ever fixed properly, and nothing is updated. When we moved in we had to call them and ask them to touch up the cleaning and the paint because it looked terrible and I'm sure the last people got charged for it EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT CLEANED. Every time we have maintenance come in to ...fix something it takes them 2 tries to get it right. If you're worried about security there is none here. The "security" door is always open or unlocked. The laundry barely works you have to use the dryer twice just to get your clothes almost dry. BUT hey they have a great new sign outside. They have a great workout room for residents to use Which comes with 2 dumbbells and a broken treadmill. To sum up this review which they are giving me $10 to write. You would be happier anywhere else and with any other company than this.Property Manager Responded
