I’ve had so much anxiety leading up to my move in date and Katie ensured that I was taken cared of, and even reached out to ensure she was there to greet me and have all my stuff ready for me to grab my keys and get settled after my 15 hour drive. June 6, 2024I am currently a resident at PBR, I have lived in numerous apartment communities and have dealt with numerous management teams. I can say PBR’s management team and maintenance team are by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. The management team makes the application/move in process very easy and the maintenance team takes care of any request with easy and swiftness.Property Manager Responded

Olivia was amazing!
May 29, 2024Just toured with Olivia and can’t wait to move into Parc!! She was very knowledgeable and made the leasing process so easy. The property is beautiful and so conveniently located.
