It's an ok place
July 16, 2017This is a good Apartment to live in but the roaches are bad. I don't like that they use part of your deposit to clean the rugs once you move out. The view from the apartments when the fireworks are going off every Friday & Saturday during June & July is spectacularProperty Manager Responded

Love this apartment community!!
January 21, 2015Immediately upon visiting the leading office I felt welcomed and already apart of their community. I love that the staff works together like a real team and I didn't receive a bunch of "I don't know" answers. Although I wasn't able to see a unit the first time I visited, I went back and they made sure I did. I really appreciate the cleanliness, quiet, and real home feel of The Parc at Marina Landing.
