June 20, 2025I’ve been loving the experience so far ! Everyone is really nice , I love how you’re close to pretty much anytning and everything ! Less than 10 minutes from the outdoor mall , walking distance from any food places and gas stations ! I love how the pool is ALWAYS clean and the 24 gym is really nice ! As someone who has social anxiety it’s nice to go to the gym on my own time , and get to relax and be quit while I get my workout in ! I also love all of the trees and the beautiful plants ! There’s ...a lot of apartments that cut down all the trees and it just seems sad ! But not here , theres all different trees anywhere you look and even some cherry laurels ! I love how everyone sticks to their selves it’s always quite and you never hesr or see any issuesProperty Manager Responded

May 2, 2025Parc @ Wall Street had been my home for about 4/1/2 years now. I love the gate security, but I do miss the security that used to walk the complex during the evenings. I would rather pay into having security around than having Fetch services or even Valet services. Maintenance has always been professional, kind, and efficient. Office Staff, even with the bombarded calls at times with questions on payments, oe lease or any other matters, have always been courteous. Melanie is such a sweet lady ...that even without leaving a message, solely by seeing your number of a call/s, will reach out to you to find out what you needed.
