January 16, 2026Nothing gets done Dumpsters are always over flowing. Work orders don’t get done in a timely manner. Kids are ALWAYS playing in the middle of the roads around the complex. Packages get stolen off of door steps. There’s not enough parking in some areas of the complex.Property Manager Responded

Worst place ever
April 20, 2024This place needs to be bulldozed and start over. There is a bad mold problem in most buildings on the ground floors. Parents expect the complex to watch their kids while they are out tearing up everyone's belongings. Every building breezeway smells like marijuana. Dishwasher backs into the sinks making in unusable. Maintenance doesn't take care of anything. Management only wants to collect your money. It's awful!Property Manager Responded

Avoid with all cost
February 20, 2024Don’t move here they will screw you over and leave you homeless and in debt ! They don’t care about there tenants! They are money hungry people they don’t fix any thing they don’t call back or email back they give you fees out of no where for stuff that don’t have any thing to do with you. They raise your rent with out you knowing about it then take you to court. Also just raised a current tenant rent 600$ for a new move in rate and remodeled apartmentProperty Manager Responded

garbage company that runs it now
March 14, 2023They Jack up the rent with promises of renovating, when they’re only focused on renovating the apartments for new tenants. Roaches everywhere, even when they come spray ever so often. Toilets that clog up into the bathtubs. People who smoke out of there apartment and you can smell it everywhere. We have refrigerators that dont work and are missing shelves. Dishwashers that leak and aren’t put in properly. The new management hasn’t taken the time to come through and properly inspect the current ...apartments. Not to mention The office staff is rude and untimely. By far the worst management this place has seen in the past year.
