November 21, 2025I live in a studio apartment at Parc Haven in downtown Las Vegas and have really enjoyed it so far. The location is excellent, with easy access to Symphony Park, the Arts District, and Fremont Street, which makes it easy to enjoy the downtown area without needing to drive everywhere. The building has clean, well-kept common areas and a good range of facilities, including a pool courtyard, outdoor kitchen, resident lounge, co-working spaces, art and craft room, and a fitness center. Everything ...feels thoughtfully designed and maintained. My studio layout makes great use of space. It feels open and comfortable, with a modern design that works well for both living and working. The amenities are a strong point, including the 24-hour gym, pet wash area, bike shop, outdoor lounges, and secure garage. However, office staff make communication with management difficult and inconvenient and fail to uphold amenities around the building, such as the resident center coffee machine, hallway cleanliness, gym machine functionality, and control over leash laws and pet cleanliess around the building. Its prime downtown location means you're never far from anywhere—most places across the city are reachable in about 30 minutes, making it ideal for both work and play. Whether you're heading to work, the airport, or out for the night, the central location has been one of the biggest perks. The property is consistently well cared for, with clean common areas ...and prompt maintenance service. While the rent may be on the higher end, it reflects an expectation for a higher standard of living—and for the most part, that expectation is met. One standout feature is the community’s non-smoking policy. Smoking of cigars, cigarettes, marijuana or anything similar is strictly prohibited inside or within 9 feet of the building. For tenants who are sensitive or allergic to smoke, this creates a much healthier and more breathable living environment. Horrible Management
September 11, 2024Where do I begin. Before I moved in this place was a disaster. I had to have my move in sheet corrected 3 times to due to inaccuracies in names, rent amounts, and deposit amounts. Then the online system showed my rent nearly $400 more than the contract amount. When I asked about it, I was told, just sign the contract and we will figure it out after you move in. I actually ended up withdrawing my application (without a refund) due to these issues. About 2 weeks later I received an email stating ...that if I apply I would receive 6 weeks free rent. So despite my better judgement I did. Big mistake. A few weeks later my mother had a mold issue in her apartment. So I told her to stay with me until we figured it out. She was treated horrifically. To say she was treated as a second class citizen would be a lie, she was never treated that nicely. After finally getting her added to the lease, I asked for an extra set of keys (which the lease allowed for). The front desk clerk fought me over it, at one point emailing me the definition of a key fob. When I sent clips of the contract stating that I am allowed an extra key, I was told. "thank you for your observations and opinions." Then, the one, exceedingly few, glimmers of hope, of parc haven, the charging stations. Yet now, here we are, and they are inoperable. To top it off, the pet areas have not been cleaned in weeks. The bag area is out of bags. There is pet pee all over the hallways to the point the stench is nauseating. And despite having "gated parking" the gate wasn't operational when I moved in. It was finally installed in June, and on at least 4 occasions has been broken, malfunctioning, or stuck open. To cost as much as it does, I am receiving the same (or worse) accommodations at my last apartment for half the cost. Absolutely unacceptable. Update: Management has lovingly decided to shut down alternating parts of the garage all week (levels 4 & 5 on mon/Wed and levels 1-3 on Tues/Thurs) from 6:30am - 5:30pm. Except on the first day the upper levels were closed well beyond 5:30 making it impossible to move the car for the following day. However, cars were still towed, at owners expense, without any communication from the front office. The level of sheer stupidity from the office would be absolutely amazing if it wasn't so horrifying.Property Manager Responded
