    The reason I am leaving because of the caliber of people that you are renting to here it’s pretty scary. They smoke pot when this is it on smoking facility. I have so many things that are wrong with this place and the people that rent here too much to describe Your manager does nothing. Manager is never in the office the people that cover him don’t know anything, Jacqueline, the best friend office girl that you had left because of stress and tenants yelling at her all the time. I don’t blame her ...

    Parc one is a beautiful, lovely, quiet, peaceful place to live. The grounds are so serene and kept immaculately clean. Management is always accessible curious and prompt with repairs. If you’re a nature lover like myself there is an extra bonus living here with the nature preserve right out back! You get the city feel with all of the amazing shopping and restaurants so close coupled with the down home country vibe with bike trails and fishing. It’s the best of both worlds really.     Parc One is a great place to call home. The apartments are very spacious with large windows and a lot of light. The grounds are beautiful and the walking path has amazing views of the mountains and a river runs behind the building. The management and staff are always quick to respond to requests and are always accommodating as well.
