    I love my view of the San Diego River. I saw a coyote stroll by the other day, and enjoy watching people fish in the pond. It's fun listening to the activity at the nearby sportsplex, seeing the lights and teams playing in the distance.

    Parc One is a great place to call home. The apartments are very spacious with large windows and a lot of light. The grounds are beautiful and the walking path has amazing views of the mountains and a river runs behind the building. The management and staff are always quick to respond to requests and are always accommodating as well. I have been here two years now and I have been very happy with my experience and the area is literally close to everything you need within a walks distance. Glad ...
