April 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comWhatever you do, don't move here. They've been through multiple owners and are a huge disaster. Public spaces are usually dirty, management is rude and unhelpful, dog park had the wooden gate broken just hanging by a thread.. there were multiple screws on the floor that someone could've stepped on. Whenever you send out a maintenance request they would say they came and never did. Just two weeks before moving out, I had an issue with a microwave handle that came off, when I called maintenance for ...help they put the request as done but no one ever came.. they then tried to charge me $800 for something I requested they come and help me with. Apartment nice but had issues upon move in
June 13, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comUpon move in day, con: had a bug infestation in the dining, kitchen, and living room. Upon further inspection, there was crack on bottom front door. We had to clean up the whole apartment, with help of office staff. Pros, the appliances are nice and new. Black screen door, spacious floor plan. Staff, maintaince, and manager are friendly. Always willing to help and they were able to transfer me to available unit with bo issue. Thank you to management.Property Manager Responded

Renters beware
August 28, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comthey have gone through several new managers. one move in day I had a toilet leaking all the way to the kitchen, windows that were sealed shut and closet drawers that were supposed to be replaced due to being broken and a child attacking it with nail polish. I had a maintenance request due to the doors of both bedrooms snagging the carpet and this was closed, and the carpet has been rubbed to the concrete flooring. throughout my year of living here we were told our windows would be replaced ...(only got solar screens not new windows) they do not shut all the way(anyone can lift and gain entrance to your home), get keyless entry (still haven't gotten), gates constantly breaking, pools constantly being shut down so no grill or picnic table usage, the back doors are put on incorrectly so the pins can be popped at any time allowing someone to enter your home. anytime it rains or sprinklers come on the walkways and into the homes are flooded. the flooring is warped and even if you have furniture pads flooring is still ripping, I had a leak from the upstairs neighbor and patch job was done but did not paint. they also did not put the carpet back down and secure it in the master bedroom and bathroom entrance. they cut the wet padding out of the master closet and never replaced it. the output for the dryer was open to the attic so triggered my new dryer to constantly say clogged duct. after 6 visits and warranty company coming out found out the dryer was just blowing into the attic and no proper output was made when the building burnt down 10 years ago. still to this day I am not properly able to use my dryer so had to buy a box to sit on my dryer. I put in Maintenance request for hall closet getting stuck, so they came in and took the door off the bottom henge and said it was fixed. shower rods were cut short in the master bathroom so every time you pull the curtain back beware of the rod coming back and smacking you or falling to your feet. the glaze on the tub have peeled and shown how they try to hide mold. my neighbor moved out in June, and I was advised that pest control would come into my unit, I have never had pest control in the year of living here (i have video cameras inside my unit). now that the neighbors are gone, and Maintenance came in and painted the unit my home filled with harsh paint chemicals and had to air out my unit. also, during this time started finding silver fish, roaches/ Water bugs (big) centipedes and tons of spiders.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Extremely difficult to work with
August 14, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments need to close down. They have major issues with German cockroaches they are literally in everyone's apartment. They pose health risks. When I lived there I kept getting sick spending lots of visits to the doctor, and kept wondering why my health was declining. Don't move here, I noticed when I moved out. I donated my furniture they discovered I had bed bugs in the apartment. I never cooked in my unit because of all the embarrassing bugs, even had family members afraid to visit. ...If you are thinking this would be a good place to live, don't sign that lease! Extremely difficult to work with

You may endure flooding in your apartment and they are still trying to move someone in there. That is a Hazzard! They are corrupt and out to get money. November 17, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment looks from outside is perfect. I got the bad worse experience from the management side. They don't give the priority for the maintenance and to listen tenants. They charged me randomly whatever they can make as much. I went three times to talk about it and they made 1400 to 700. I am just surprise why management does this type of behavior. If something damage they can charged it goods but here lots of things.....
Apartments are in very poor condition
November 14, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comConstantly having issues with water leaks that management doesn't seemed too concerned about getting fixed. Poses major health threat to people. Also has very poor insulation so utility bills are constantly through the roof.

They can't keep maintenance staff or have the money to repair occupied apartments. They will get you in and forget about you. Zero communication with tenants. Their maintenance can not get the supplies necessary to repair. Check online how many lawsuits they lost with their ex-tenants. August 6, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comdont bother calling because they wont pick up! they are terrible with communication and making sure your service requests are taken care of in a timely manner. they dont bother to reply or update you on the status of them either. they leave trash in the grass for weeks at a time. the pool was closed for the majority of summer and opened up a month after it was said to be. my apartment is fine but make sure you ask to see the unit you will actually be staying in. the tour apartment is misleadingProperty Manager Responded

June 18, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy brother lived in these apartments when he passed away, before he passed, I would receive calls from time to time from Latoya (manager) and/or Tori (asst manager) saying they were just checking on John and were very caring, concerned people. I live in Arizona so couldn't regularly check on him in person. Latoya and Tori are the nicest most caring individuals you will ever meet. They were a real blessing to myself and my brother. April 10, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMoved here.Management/office staff do not communicate well.we were given a date to move in,apartment wasn’t ready,we were given the monthly cost but when contract was sent amount was completed different.contract stated no deposit required but the property manager stated she wouldn’t give us the keys if we didn’t pay a $175 deposit and 1st month rent WICH amounts did not match paperwork/contract sent/signed. The apartment had several broken things aside from it not being ready when we were told it ...would be ready. The apartment had a broken wash/dryer . We had to pay $170 early electricity connection fee but the apartment wasn’t even ready for us. It was a horrible experience.
