October 30, 2025I really enjoy living here! The community is quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. I love that I have my own peaceful space, but when I do see my neighbors, everyone is always friendly and smiling. The amenities are amazing and make life so convenient, and I appreciate the little community events and get-togethers the management organizes—they make the place feel warm and connected. October 28, 2025All of the staff here are super lovely. Ethan is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team is super helpful and fast. The apartment itself is great too. I love the updated kitchen, all the space, and the balcony! The residents here are great too. October 19, 2025Great location but we need security cameras in parking lots and entrance way. Also, common areas in buildings are due for a refresh, colors are outdated, lighting is dim and carpets are dingy. Maintenance is great.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2025Great experience except for our 2nd apartment washer. If I use low water it leaks all over the floor. It is a stackable so it can’t be moved. I can only imagine the mold and moisture beneath the machine. It is a very basic washer so I often have to run multiple cycles to get clothes clean. Maintenance indicated this is “normal”. I am 54 years old lived in all sorts of places owning and renting. This is not right and frustrating on a daily basis. I love the location the overall improvements ...that are constant.
