March 6, 2026The move-in process was very smooth, and the apartment was clean and welcoming. A few small items I mentioned were looked into right away and are being addressed, which I really appreciate. The welcoming package that was left in the apartment was also such a thoughtful touch. February 1, 2026Great location. Parc needs to install security cameras at entrance way and throughout the building. Also, building 4000 has a hole in the entrance way where water is leaking. This is an ongoing issue for months, concerned about someone falling and mold. The interior needs updating, a lot of areas are in need of repair. A lot of spackle jobs started for months but never finished. Carpet is dirty and old throughout building.Property Manager Responded

January 27, 2026Way too expensive. Way too many rules. Package situation is ridiculous. One small room for all buildings doesn’t work at all. Constantly no receiving emails when packages arrive then your left wondering if it arrived or not and if so where is it?!Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025For the most part, the apartment complex is nice and well kept. However the ceilings/walls are paper thin. I am constantly awakened by our upstairs neighbor doing who knows what at all hours of the night. Maintenance is mostly quick to tend to issues.Property Manager Responded
