A few small items I mentioned were looked into right away and are being addressed, which I really appreciate. The welcoming package that was left in the apartment was also such a thoughtful touch. February 1, 2026Great location. Parc needs to install security cameras at entrance way and throughout the building. Also, building 4000 has a hole in the entrance way where water is leaking. This is an ongoing issue for months, concerned about someone falling and mold. The interior needs updating, a lot of areas are in need of repair. A lot of spackle jobs started for months but never finished. Carpet is dirty and old throughout building.Property Manager Responded
