May 3, 2024Don't live here. I have never had such a bad experience living at an apartment complex. Not only are there loud neighbors and thin walls, the complex is dirty with dog poop all over the place and it smells terrible. The maintenance guys have not fixed any of our problems and the people in the main office have no power to do anything about it. Live somewhere else if you don't want all of your free time taken up by dealing with maintenance and the office just to fix 1 simple problem.Property Manager Responded

Dog poop everywhere, flies everywhere and it smells gross
May 3, 2024This complex is gross. When I toured, the place seemed pretty and the leasing office seemed cool so I was super excited to move in. Once I moved in, I realized that there is literally dog poop everywhere and the leasing office does nothing about it. It's starting to smell bad now that summer is heating up and there are flies everywhere. Plus I've had a really bad experience with maintenance and the leasing office has not been any help with that either. I wouldn't recommend this place, I can't ...wait until my lease ends.Property Manager Responded

Poor maintenance and leasing office is no help
May 3, 2024Hopefully this will reach the right audience. I am not normally someone who writes reviews, I usually think people who leave bad reviews are probably crazy but now I understand because this apartment is making me feel crazy. We have been asking the maintenance team to fix an issue with our water since we moved in 3 months ago! We still can't take hot showers! The maintenance team will close your requests without ever fixing the problem and when you go to talk to the leasing office about it, they ...will not have any information and essentially just say they're sorry and there's nothing they can do. I've been trying to get in contact with their regional manager but they will not answer emails so I am at a loss. So if you're looking for a place to live, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!Property Manager Responded

July 5, 2021I love the simple, modern interior. The 1bed1bath is the perfect amount of space for one or two people. The gym is nice and all the equipment is updated. They held my place for me as they said they would with no problems, I was able to select what I wanted from the availability! Working with the office staff to get moved in was so easy.
