About Parc Terrace

Summit Properties, in collaboration with Dagesse Company, began construction on the 45-unit mixed income community in the fall of 2020, with the project completed and residents moving in September 2021. The project is located just off I-89, a quarter mile from the Winooski circle. Parc Terrace is situated on the city bus line, with on-site bike storage and underground parking- accommodating all transportation needs.
