Noisy & Expensive

I lived here for 1 year. I loved the high ceilings, marble countertops, and the large windows. I was never able to get a garage which was a major bummer because I had to rent a storage space in Bluffdale. I spent extra on a covered parking spot which was kind of useless because when it snows, the wind carries the snow anyway. Between dogs barking and constant car noise, it can get unbearable if you like to have your windows open in the summer but noise from adjacent apartments is low. I see ...
someone here mentioned the ceiling noise which I also noticed. You can actually hear people walking upstairs and it sounds like they're in your apartment, hahaha.
The carpeted floor in the bedroom and walk in closet still had nail heads sticking up and the bathroom exhaust fan has no off switch. Thanks to rampant development in that immediate area, there are no views to speak of. Snow removal was perfect. They got out there at 6am any day it snowed. Turnover in the office is fairly high, so don't get too friendly with those people.
