My daughter moved in to a non smoking room at parc. It absolutely reeked of smoke. They offered to change the filter and clean the room, while she paid for a hotel to stay at. They will not let her out if her lease . She is living in unsafe fumes at this point. Avoid this complex or have your lease agreement altered

While we understand your concerns regarding the odor in the apartment, we would like to clarify that our response involved more than simply replacing the air filter and cleaning the room. Upon receiving the report, our team took additional measures, including professionally cleaning the vents and repainting the apartment to address any lingering odor. These efforts were completed promptly, and the room was available for occupancy the same day or the following day after move-in.
We strive to provide all residents with a comfortable living environment and take reports of maintenance or housekeeping concerns seriously. While we regret that this situation impacted your daughter's arrival experience, our team worked diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
