Amazing Improvements
October 2, 2025I have lived at Parc at Cherry Hill for over 3 years. While there were issues when I moved in, there has been significant positive and changes with the new management that took over last year. Maintenance comes with in 2days or less when I put a request in and office staff is very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. The overall living conditions have got so much better that I now enjoy my home again. I DO recommend living here!!!Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here!

Luxury….if cockroaches, filth and broken appliances are “luxury”
October 26, 2021I could go on for ages. Add mold to that. We’ve been here for almost a year and not a SINGLE thing has been fixed, even after numerous requests have been put in to repair such. By far it’s the worst place I’ve lived. Save your money and go anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t move in here
September 17, 2021I wish I could put 0 stars. Nothing excellent about this complex. Moved in here with my family back in February 2021 and since then mostly been a bad service, maintenance and awful management. Reported issues with the apartment since I moved in and management only IGNORES, sometimes they come only when they got a bad review but we not the only tenants had complained about MOLD, CONSTANT LEAKING, etc. DONT MOVE IN HERW DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEYReview from Apartments.com

There's the theory of a thing and the practice of thing, and Blossom towers in no way, shape, or form, practices the luxury that their brochures advertise. When I first came to Blossom Towers to tour the site, everything in the A building at first glance appeared to be adequate. The units themselves (The remodeled units, that is) are beautiful on the surface. The problem is the inconsistencies and ...underlayer you can't see until you live in the space. I've been in this unit Since November 2019, but have experienced some maintenance issue consistently over the past few weeks. Poor structural issues on moving in. Closet shelving not being able to hold the weight. Major leaks and damages happening all over the unit. Mold in the Bathrooms and closets due to leaks or flat out remodeling oversights. Flooding damage that took place in my unit is now having major effects with the flooring and I've been put on waiting lists times over. This past month alone, I've submitted tickets regarding leaks and closet collapses and a major Leak damages but the closet was the only thing addressed. There is mold growing in my closet and bathroom due to these leaks that aren't being addressed on a larger scale. Now, there's a massive leak in the hallway of the building and spores are growing there as well. The property management and maintenance in this complex are atrocious at best and their communication, during these times, is the worst. I've never been in a place where there was no clear communication of resolution times or when they would come to your unit. They don't communicate well to schedule times when a fix will be implemented. This place is not worth what they are charging monthly for units. There needs to be a major overhaul in the infrastructure of this complex. Even though they advertise this hard: Luxury, this place is not. Nothing Luxury About It - Mold, Mouse, Noisy
August 9, 2020Don’t let the name fool you - there’s nothing luxury about the Blossom Towers. Been living here about 6 months. Whatever you name - rats, cockroaches, flies, insects - will come out through the central AC/Heat units that doesn’t even work. Mold everywhere as well. Noisy neighbor issue that they’ve known for 10+ years (staff, neighbors all know about him) but rents out apartments out to bound you to an agreement. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!Review from Apartments.com
Took my money and never even contacted me back
July 14, 2020I can't comment on the actual living experience but I thought it was important to note that the apartment took the application fee and NEVER contacted me back - even after 3 weeks/close to a month! I have left 5 voicemails, emailed three times, and even left a message with a person in the office twice with NO contact back to let me know if I was approved or not. Good thing it was only $25 but I think it's pretty scummy to have management not even contact me back ONCE after the numerous attempts ...made. If the actual customer service/management is hard to reach, can't imagine what it would be like actually living here! TERRIBLE.
